This is an Arcways Incorporated spiral staircase kit. Arcways is a featured stair builder on Houzz. This staircase was removed from a customers home and was left in my hands.
It has been disassembled as carefully as possible, with one setback. The screws used to secure the balusters to the underside of the handrail, were all stripped out. Drilling them out was not an option, so they were all cut less than a half of an inch from here they met the rail. This however was done with care. It is 100% complete, including the lags which held the base in place.
Height to the top of landing measures 141" (11'). This spiral staircase is made of 100% oak, including the collars. Which cover the main steal column. If you happen to be interested in this staircase, chances are, you may be familiar with the price they can yield. For those who are not familiar. . .. . ..$6-8000+ based on diameter as well.
